- The Ilba Tondo Zebra is a variation on the Tondo Decorated Spinner, with old-school zebra stripes on a metal spinner - like the Tonda Decorated, or indeed the Mepps Comet spinner, the Zebra has an elongated blade with an angle of rotation of 45 degrees which perfectly mimics the motion of an insect.
