Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

  • All goods purchased from OpenSeason.ie may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  We do not cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or defective (see Faulty Goods below).
  • We offer an at-cost returns collection service from your home - ideal for heavier/bulkier items; click here for details and to book. 
  • Christmas Returns: any goods purchased during December may be returned up to 15th January.
  • NB: Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all tags intact. We will not refund returned items which are not in original, re-saleable condition.

Faulty Goods

  • Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email sales@openseason.ie within 3 days of receipt to arrange return and replacement/refund.
  • We will arrange for the faulty/damaged/defective items to be collected from you, at our own cost, subject to pre-approval as above.

Warranty

  • OpenSeason.ie will honour the normal warranty of the product in question. Contact us on sales@openseason.ie with any warranty-related queries.
  • If a defective product under warranty is returned to us, we will make every effort to repair or replace it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • This product warranty does not cover damage incurred from normal wear and tear, or inappropriate use. 
  • NB Wellingtons & Footwear: warranties only apply to faults arising from manufacturer's defects.  This does not cover wear and tear, rips, tears, punctures or inappropriate use (e.g. exposure to harsh chemicals).  

Pricing & Images

  • While every effort is made to maintain correct pricing on OpenSeason.ie, we retain the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors and/or refuse to process incorrectly priced product orders.
  • Product images may differ from the actual product, due to supplier design/ branding updates.
  • Discount Codes (eg THANK10) do not apply to Memberships purchased, as we sell these at cost-price on behalf of clubs.
