- The Wychwood Agitator Troll & Cast Baitcast Rod is a powerful and versatile predator rod designed to perform equally well trolling on large lakes and lochs or casting big lures from the boat or bank.
- Manufactured from high-grade 24T carbon, the rod features a smooth progressive action that provides plenty of cushioning on the take while retaining the power needed for a positive hook set.
- When trolling, the responsive blank also provides clear bite and lure-action indication.
- A particularly useful feature is the multi-length EVA handle. For casting, the full 42cm handle provides excellent leverage and control. When trolling from a boat, the 9cm extension can be quickly unscrewed and removed, creating a shorter handle for improved clearance and easier manoeuvrability.
- The handle also incorporates a 3K carbon high-impact sleeve, designed to sit securely against a trolling rod rest. This helps protect the EVA from wear and makes it easier to release the rod from the rest when under heavy load.
