A fab day spent today on the banks of the Shannon at the @LimerickDistrictAnglersAssociation Junior Angling Competition, organised as part of #Limerick #Riverfest.
Our own Donagh McSherry participated and was delighted to be among the prize winners, catching a salmon smolt, trout and roach.
Huge thanks to all for organising this great event. This is a lovely, welcoming club for all ages, and very much focused on getting young anglers into the sport.
