"I recently broke a fly rod and look immediately online to replace it. A google search brought me to a company in the UK and I decided to go with them because their website said that it was in stock and could be shipped immediately. I am not oblivious to the fact that there is a pandemic going on at the moment but a lot of companies are putting their efforts into online orders to cope with these trying times so I assumed it would be 'shipped immediately' as stated on their site. Three weeks go by and no sign of the rod and they cannot give me an exact date of when it would be shipped so i requested my money back. I was on google again trying to find the set up which brought me to the lovely Lorraine and Kevin. I phoned them right away to see if they could ship and within 24 hours I had the product I wanted. It reminded me of the importance of shopping local and the joy of speaking with a business that actually care. They were incredibly pleasant and easy to deal with. I cant recommend them enough. Prices were excellent too but to be honest i would have paid over the odds for such an excellent service. Now I just have to wait for these restrictions to be lifted so I can fish again!" Clem, Co. Hello from Oregon! We stopped in to buy some fishing poles and tackle. Being from America we
did not know the store was closing at 5pm, but the gentlemen there were so helpful and friendly. Great store with a big selection. I would definitely recommend this for anyone’s go to hunting and fishing store!
